The Board of Directors has scheduled the following presentations.


  1. Pat Mateer, returning Iraq war veteran, will give a presentation on PTDS . He has undergone intense therapy and will speak about his struggles, including barricading himself at his home.

  2. Legal update for Crisis Negotiations, presented by: Assistant Attorney General, Dave Perlman

  3. Detective James Bruno and the negotiators from Greenfield, WI will present three (3) incident critiques: the highline jumper; suicide by cop (gasoline service station incident); suicidal barricade trying to ignite natural gas while in his home.

The Wisconsin Crisis Negotiators Association (WICNA) and the Criminal Justice Program at Fox Valley Technical College provides this up-to-date training.
